SARDINE WITH FAT chillies BELIMBING



The materials :-)

1 large can of sardines brand of your choice ( cm use brand TESCO )

12 pieces of bamboo leatherback

3 stalks lemon grass, crushed

200 ml of coconut milk

700 ml coconut milk

1 turmeric leaf , shredded

1 cube of anchovy ( optional)

1 piece tamarind Gelugor

Salt and sugar to taste



MATERIALS finely ground :-)

4 red onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 inch turmeric

15-20 chilli padi village


HOW to make :-)

Separate from the sardine fish sauce ( cm amik 4 tablespoons fish sauce from last sardine ) . Bamboo leatherback washed, throw a little tip and base, then cut in half , but did not give to every seed starfruit.

Milled material input into the pot together lemon drops, cubes anchovies ( if using) , coconut milk and tamarind Gelugor . Stir well and bring to boil. Reduce heat , add fish sardines and 4 tablespoons fish sauce from last sardine . Stir well and cook briefly .

Pour the coconut milk and add raspberries . Gently stir and allow to boil over low heat. Enter turmeric leaf season with salt and a pinch of sugar. Cook briefly , feeling and if ok can matika fire . Can serve with hot rice ...
